Australia tax return confusing, coming from a working holiday maker.?

I arrived in australia last year in August and have worked several jobs, i leave australia in 2 weeks. Can i claim all my tax in one swoop? or do i need to make 2 claims since my work spans 2 tax years. Sheesh im confused. And any help on how i make my tax claim would be gratefully appreciated!
