I'm looking to qualify for an FHA loan but require downpayment istance. What are some organizations?

I've been pre-approved for 70K and the mortgage payment would not be much more than I'm paying rent. Unfortunately, the 3.5% down would take time that I don't have. I'm looking for programs that still offer a form of istance since Ameri-Dream and others like it have shut down.
