My lawnmower won't start. Please ist me. It has gas, oil, and spark plug is connected.?

Yesterday I attempted to mow my lawn and the mower started. 2min after, it started sputtering and eventually gave out. I tried to restart but the card wouldn't pull. I finally got the card to pull, but got no response. What could be the problem?
