If i have a v-neck t-shirt that goes to the middle of my thigh, can i wear that with leggings?

So I have this white/cream v-neck shirt that goes to the middle of my thigh and it has the Eiffel Tower on it in silver. Would it look good if i wear that with some grey leggings?
