Carpal Tunnel Workers Comp case for 2nd time, any advice?

They gave me lifetime medical but it's taken them a year to schedule me an agreed medical/legal evaluation after only authorizing only one doctor visit and 3 medicine refills for my Norco and Naproxen. But they denied the electrical conductive test the doctor requested to determine the severity for further treatment, so stopped treating me altogether, including meds.
