Is it wrong to idolize a teacher?

ok there is this teacher and this teacher is totally my hero and i really idolize the teacher. but when i talk to her ad stuff i get really nervous. and every time i see them i freak out and i think i know why but i'm not sure. i know i dont have a crush on this teacher because we are the same gender and i am definitely NOT like that. but is this wrong?? please i will accept any answers except inappropriate or stupid ones.
