Whats wrong with me? should i go to the doctors?

Over the past month my body has started acting really differently. It started with me feeling really tired all of a sudden and not being able to sleep much at night. As well my stomachs been starting to hurt aswell...i thought of it as nothing, but this week its been hurting alott and now if i eat or drink anything i feel the urge to puke or it starts hurting alot! I also get random pains by my left lower rib..im 5'4 weigh about 118 and im 16 years old, im fit and do enjoy playing sports and stuff. But could it be the way i eat? or that i have a really busy lifestyle? My day usually consits of me waking up around 7:30 and i have to drop my little brother off by 8:30 when i start school at 9:00, so were usually out of the house by 8:20, and so i usually have a gl of milk in the morning. And if i have time ill usually have a piece of toast. After that i have 2 cles until 11:50, and then i have lunch. My lunches usually consist of a sandwich (normal sandwhich toppings), a juice box, a fibre bar, and a 2 serving fruit bar, and sometimes some garnola. After that i have another 2 cles until 3:30, and then i come home or go to work for a bit at my parents store and have a snack, or eat an early supper because i take night cles aswell. So i head off to night cl by 6:00 and come home around 10:00, by this time im veryy tired and usually have a tonn of homework so im usually up until 12 or 2, so i usually dont have supper. And then i wake up again at 7:30 and the whole day repeats itself. I also have a boyfriend that i have to maintain and friends to hang out with, but i jsut dont seem to have the time for myself anymore. Which is why i think all this stuff is starting to overwhelm me. Aswell with all my school stuff i also have tutoring that i go to sometimes in the mornings, i work out, i go to the temple sometimes. My parents expect me to do the best in school, and i have alott of strict rules that they apply to me. What do you think is wrong with me? and is it all this stuff thats affecting my health? do you think?

Golytely for severe constipation?

I've had severe constipation for 6 weeks. Going on 2 weeks with no bowel movement. Went to doc today. He did a rectal exam and there was no stool at opening. It's mostly up above. Feels like a lot of pressure and like something is stuck near gallbladder area. I had it removed in 2007. Doc said entire colon was impacted with stool. Not sure if it's an obstruction yet. He diagnosed obstipation. It's a severe form of constipation. He prescribed 1 gallon of golytely bowel prep. It's what they use before a colonoscopy. I was just reading drugs.com about it. It said "do not take if you have severe constipation or obstruction." It could cause a life threatening condition. The doc said if this doesn't work, I have to go to the hospital and be admitted. It's the weekend and I have no way to get in touch with him. Do I go ahead and take it in the morning?

1989 Ford Taurus Transmission?

My car is a 1989 Ford Taurus GL with a 3.0L Vulcan V6, not the SHO. It has 92'020 miles on the odometer. It has an Automatic Transmission. When I got home from town today I heard some noises from under the hood, the transmission in particular. When the cars warmed up, it clunks into reverse. And it was also warmed up and I put it into drive and reverse from park, and then from eachother, I heard a very faint,"shhhhhh" kind of a noise, followed by a tick, also kind of quiet. The transmission job was done on September 27th 2002 and it had 76'402 miles on the odometer. And its acting like the transmission has almost a hundred thousand miles on it when it really has less than 20'000 miles on it. I checked the fluid about a month and a half ago, it was a redish color, like an amber, which its supposed to be, but I cant remember how full it was. Im going to go check it. Well I checked it and its amber colored, and it was pretty full, all though the car had been sitting for about 25 minutes and it was all the way warmed up. My mom drove it up until last January, when I got my permit, but I babied the car. When I got my license in October of '09. Im not hard on it, but I have had to floored it a few times, and then the occasional fast take off. But, I'm not reckless. And I wouldnt think that a few hard take offs would make a transmission of less than 20'000 miles clunk and act way ahead of its age. My dad and I are going to take it to a local transmission shop on thursday and get the fluid changed and the transmission checked. Other than the fluid, what else could be causeing all these problems?

Hi. I have leukemia. They found out from a simple blood test - a CBC. Of course, my blood work was off, and I was anemic my whole life. I also had the black outs, was so tired, had weight loss, no sense of balance, and bruising. My energy level dropped to next to nothing. Help! Computer can't connect to home network, wrong IP address igned?

Addresses in the 169.254.0.0/16 are reserved for computers that can't acquire an IP address. The first thing I'd do would be to check out the computer and cable by trying to configure the interface manually. Uncheck the "automatically detect settings" and fill in something like 192.168.1.105 for the IP address, 255.255.255.0 for the subnet mask, and 192.168.1.1 for the primary DNS Server & for the Gateway. If these are set up this way and you still have no network connection, it could be you're using a bad cable or your networking hardware is damaged. Also, make sure you're using the right IP Address. I buy almost exclusively D-Link equipment and in my experience their routers usually issue 192.168.0.x numbers, not 192.168.1.x numbers, so that might be part of your problem with manual configuration as well. Either way, if you can get a proper connection have having reset your IP address, Subnet Mask, DNS address, and Gateway, the next step would be to see if you can force your computer into acquiring an IP Address etc. properly. Set your computer to acquire all its information automatically again, and then go Start -> Run... and type in cmd, and hit enter. This will bring up a command prompt, type in ipconfig /release and then hit enter. When the prompt comes back, type in ipconfig /renew and then hit enter. I test drove both an unlimited sport, and an unlimited Rubicon. To me, hands down the unlimited sport is a much better vehicle. I hated the way the rubicon drove on the highway, and through town. The sport was much smoother, and in my opinion, almost as capable as the rubicon from an off road standpoint. My gripe is, almost every video I find on youtube is of the rubicon! Why? My dog is scratchin herself to death!?

Ok I have a 1 yr old chocolate lab. Over the summer, like any dog, she's gotten a little case of the fleas. She's a in house dog, so I didn't think her fleas were going to be a big problem because we also have an outside dog who is completely fit and happy. She has a place under her neck that is hairless where she's been scratching and its starting to get red and raw. I think she may have a little dry skin because she's a little flaky every now and then. I only bathe her with a oatmeal dog shampoo every month or two. And I rinse very well. How can I treat this area to get better, and keep it covered so she won't scratch there and make it worse than it already is. I don't really want to use a big funnel thing if possible. lol She's use to wearing dog sweaters and stuff, so she usually doesn't bother what I put on her. Its somewhat of a large area....not just a little spot. I don't think she's in too much pain, because she doesn't flinch or whimper when I'm trying to wipe it with a towelette. I just want to stop the problem before it gets worse, and the fact it that looks terrible. It looks painful, but she doesn't act like it is.

Yeah my daughter would kick the doppler so hard that it would just blank out with a big old thud noise. Help Please....Computer virus taking over C drive....?

Early I located a virus in my c drive labeled '$Recycle.Bin' with my spyware software. When I tried to shift delete it kept popping backup. ?Ok heres how you do this i know because i raise mini Doxies which are THE hardest of all to train. First of all if you don't know this but dogs are "denning animals" meaning they like and instinctively live in a den type inviroment, therefore crating and using a crate isn't a bad thing they actually prefer to have their "Own" area to call home. So with that get him a standard crate big enough for him to move around it in. make sure it has a opening on the side and not the top. Make sure he isn't able to fit his head out the metal doors your dog is a small dog and some crates have larger openings. Now heres hoe to potty train him in a very short time if IF you follow this routine faithfully. First of all find an area to put his crate in that you can gate off from the rest of your house such as as laundry room a bathroom,kitchen area but some area to confine him in. cover this WHOLE area with news paper. put in his food water in one corner his crate at the opposite corner, his toys in another area of his "area", put him in and "LEAVE HIS CRATE DOOR OPEN" put some sort of blanket or towel or bedding so hes all comfy inside his house you could also cover his crate with a towel leaving only the door exposed they actually prefer that but some don't . Ok now think about where you want to designate as his "Potty area" outside. for the next 3 days take him out to potty EVERY time he wakes up if hes only slept for a few minutes HE WILL PEE for sure the moment he awakens guaranteed and only after eating and THEN napping will he poop not immediately after eating which is a big mistake a lot of folks make so let him take his after meal nap and hell poop the minute the wakes up . Back to the paper he will get used to going on the paper cuz we are not always there so you'll need to change the pieces of paper hes soiled on as soon as you see it and check his bedding often if hes soiled on it remove it and put a clean bedding in for him. now on day three remove ONLY 1 piece of paper leaving exposed flooring this makes his area smaller to go on .every other day keep removing one sheet of paper until you've gotten him down to all bare floor and 1 paper he should be going on that paper and if not cover the floor again and this time everyday removing a piece of paper but you should not have to do this twice usually unless of course its a weenie dog like I've got but anyway, when you have him going on only the paper oh and change it when he does soil it but put a clean piece in its place of course..In 3 days of him soiling on it take it outside and put it exactly where you'd like him to go PRAISE PRAISE PRAISE him throughout this ordeal when hes even gotten close to what you'd like him to do. You should find in the end that your dog will naturally retreat to his den you wont have to make him hell be ok in the times you do need to close the door and when you travel you'll be able to have him go on a paper if at families or a motel room. The really important thing is to not scold him during this learning process or make the crate a punishment hell only grow up to be fearful of you and hate the crate ok good luck and patience hes still a baby!!!

6 weeks pregnant and very confused, and worried, help!?

I am 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant, and noticed some light brown spotting, and slight cramping which turned to pinky colour, then back brown again, went for a scan, nothing found on u/s, but found a small black circle on internal. Its fine. Sometimes my boys would eat more than one jar of the stage 1 by that point but it takes time for them to not gag on the textured foods. My oldest son though gagged the longest and we discovered his tonsils were to close together and to large but usually it is just getting use to the textures. If you do a cereal in the morning and snack then a jar of food then a snack then a jar of food then a bedtime snack they stay full just fine.

Constant stomach pain/nausea among other symptoms...What's wrong?

For the past few weeks (or maybe longer, I'm not sure), I've had constant stomach pain or nausea among other symptoms like soft stool (but not diarrhea), tons of gas and burping, and I sometimes find that my hands are shaking a bit. I talked to my mom about it, and she thought nothing of it; she keeps telling me to take stomach or pain medication. See, I wasn't that worried at first because I've had Acid Reflux for a year now and I just came off of Abilify (which can sometimes cause weight gain because of your change in appetite). I figured that I was just having another one of those acid reflux episodes and that I might have low blood sugar (which would explain the shaky hands) since I've lost almost all of my appetite after coming off of the Abilify. I also umed that some of what I was eating wasn't really agreeing with me which is what was causing the foul-smelling gas and soft stool. After a couple weeks, though, I'm starting to think it might be something more serious than I anticipated. I am having an endoscopy tomorrow morning (and possibly a colonoscopy on a different day), and I am REALLY nervous about it. In fact, I am having all of the previous symptoms right now. Is there anyone that might know what is going on so I can maybe know a little going in what to expect for the results, and what it may be if the endoscopy shows nothing abnormal? i bought a dell inspiron 1545 from wal-mart that came with windows vista. shortly after, i was eligible for a free windows 7 upgrade. i recieved the upgrade in the mail. a couple months later, i installed ubuntu, a linux based operation system and uninstalled windows 7. i realized i no longer wanted ubuntu and wanted my windows 7 back, but i didnt have a "clean install" windows 7 disk (only the upgrade from vista disk.) because i was still under warranty dell sent me the windows 7 clean installation disk... but no activation key. i didnt think this would b a problem so i procrastinated asking for one. turns out im no longer under warranty, but need an activation key to set a background and whatnot. my computer says i may b using counterfeit software; which im obviously not. please help!

Fun things to do when riding?

My horse is green he is doing w/t very well though and my trainer has been cantering him with no problems for the past 2 rides and thinks she found the trick to get him to not gallop off so next week we have arranged for me to canter him in a private lesson. But I want some fun things to do w/t with him because we're both getting bored with it! Right now halted I lay on him my feet on his hind end, walk with my legs infront of the saddle flaps (I plan to trot him like this tomorrow), walk side saddle (my balance does not allow for trotting), w/t , walking with just a halter working on his whoa and turning off my legs, 2-point, posting, sitting, no stirrup work through all 3 of those, all of these we do while bending through cones and serpentines, we have done leg yeilds and turns of the forehand/haunches, jumps small jumps (not and not with no stirrups im not used to his jump enough for that yet). All of this has helped him relax and just focus on what im telling him to do and not freak out when im doing some odd thing on his back, but now he's used to all this and I want some other things to do! any ideas? we also do ground work but im just looking for riding ideas

Your cooking methods are all correct, it's your ground beef that's shrinking. The least expensive "ground chuck, or labeling of 77/27, 70/30, 80/20, 90/10 are a sure tale sign of the meat ratio to fat ratio, in that order. 90/10's won't shrink much, seeing as they have little fat, but are best cooked medium rare to medium (at the most) and tend to taste quite dry and tastless after those temperatures unless you have some killer dressings and accoutriments. 77/27, or 70/30 have greater fat content and naturally, add more flavor, but the shrinkage value is huge. For my burgers, I find that the 80/20 blend is perfect, yes, you're going to get some shrinkage, but the fat content is enough to give the burgers some flavor withhout major loss in size upon cooking them. So, hope some of this information helps you to pick out the best hamburger meat with the cooking application you are making this day. Although we haven't seriously discussed future plans, this is still something that may cause problems down the line. My boyfriend recently built a house for himself, his parents next door and a cottage for his grandparents behind that. They all come and go as they please and although I love his family, I would be miserable not having privacy or alone time with him. He is perfectly content spending the rest of his life there, and even tells me that his grandparents cottage is his "retirement plan". I'm not very concerned that this happens in our modern society. First of all, rigor mortis happens a few hours after death. You can make it known that you don't want to be embalmed until after this occurs. If you are embalmed, there would be no way you could be trying to scratch your way out of your grave. As far as cremation, the ones in this city where I live don't cremate until after 48 hours after death. As I said before, rigor mortis is a sure sign of death. I would be more concerned if we were in a more underdeveloped country where there are quick burials with no embalming.

My current GF has big time issues with custody and unpaid alimony/child support from her ex. She just found out that he is getting married and also his new GF is pregnant, he is living the high life while she is broke and nervous about the custody of there son. Unsetteld 3 month old?

Sounds like my daughter...boy did my back ache at the end of the day. All I have to offer is a little hope that it does get easier as each month goes by. My daughter is almost 10 months old, and so much more content than those early months. Having a very intense baby as both of us clearly do can be a huge challenge, especially since as mothers we always seem to lay blame on ourselves. I use to always wonder whether I was contributing to her neediness by carrying her around when she cried, and not just letting her cry it out. I would say things started getting easier at around 4 months, when she became more aware of the world around her. As each month pes by and she is able to entertain herself more by playing, she is less and less needy. While she is still what I would consider a high needs child, she is not the screaming baby I knew 6 months ago. She still has difficulty going to sleep, but we've learned her patterns and how to approach the situation. At 3 months you really are still in the getting to know eachother phase...in the coming weeks a clearer picture of your little one's likes and dislikes will start to emerge, and you will become quite the expert on what your fussy one reacts positively and negatively to. High needs children tend to be just a little more sensitive to their environment and emotions than other more independent children. They just need a little bit more "mommying" to feel secure. I think your plan to use a babysitter in the morning is a wonderful idea and as the baby gets old and more adjusted to the babysitter it will be easier for her. Remember, it may be really frustrating for her to hold a screaming baby for a couple of hours, but at the end of the day she gets to walk away. It is a lot more stressful for you to care for him all day, so take the break when you can. Babies are incredibly sensitive to the emotional state of their mothers, so if you are upset and frustrated, you will p it on to your baby, only making the fussiness worse.
