i think its too early to judge that but honestly, he sounds like hes being serious. staying single for yu ? "poking" yu every night ? hes obviously interested. and believe me if he wanted to play yu he wouldnt have waited a few weeks to do it. i say make yur move and see where it goes from there. good luck
