If you have a calling card can you make more then 2 calls a week from Al Udeid, Qatar?

What ever the Regs are for the deployed location is what governs how many times someone can call home. I have been in spots where we got no phone calls for 3 months, and i have been to others where you get them 2 or 3 times a week. If your friend/BF/GF/whoever is sly, he/she should make friends with the telephone people at his/her location so he can work on getting calls daily. It works because I have done it.
