Is it safe for a woman who has had Bell's Palsy to get pregnant?

I've recently had Bell's Palsy and am just now getting over it. A lady that I know who also had it said after she got over it, she and her husband decided they wanted to have a baby....but her Dr. said she shouldn't because the BP could come back and it could cause more damage. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks!
