Help Please....Computer virus taking over C drive....?

Early I located a virus in my c drive labeled '$Recycle.Bin' with my spyware software. When I tried to shift delete it kept popping backup. I had to restart and now I am denined acces to my c drive, the computer registory, and making any alterations to my files. I also can't do anything like a system restore amd it says my d drive is full, which it wasnt when i started. Any help would be appreicated, also i dont want to refomat because i have vista and the disk were lost during move so i would have to order them. Please help...
