Does it make sense for children to be allowed to sentence other children?

I don't think it'll work. I mean, it would cost stupid amounts to set it all up - get permission from the parents, put the whole family up for the night if needs be, train the lawyers to work with kids - its just daft. Plus, kids aren't always fair are they, think of all the playground bullying that goes on, I think they'll punish a kid more just because they're goofy looking or something!
