Windows genuine advantage?

okay so for the past month ive been getting some 'warnings' about how my 'windows didnt p genuine windows validation' and i might be a victim of counterfeiting. sure. anyways is this true or does everyone get these things and then once you click on it, they ask you to pay and stuff... so did anyone else have the same thing?
